TrustMart (trustmart.bd) is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for any product purchased from TrustMart.

2. Eligible Returns (Defective & Non-Defective)

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products:

• Defective or Damaged Products: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it immediately at no cost to you.
• Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind): You may return unopened, non-defective items within the return window.

3. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in New, unused condition, in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

4. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for products within the 7-day window. You can exchange an item for a different size, variant, or an alternative product.

5. Return Methods & Shipping Costs

You can return items through the following options:

• In Store / Central Hub: Hand over the package directly at our central collection hub.
• Drop-off Location / Courier: Drop off the return package at any authorized courier location across Bangladesh.

Return Shipping Costs: For defective or damaged products, TrustMart covers the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return courier charges.

6. Restocking Fees

No Cost (৳0): We charge zero restocking fees. There is no restocking fee for returning any product.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 1 business day. The amount will be sent to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Card, Bank) or your TrustMart Wallet balance.

8. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods or grocery items after delivery acceptance.
• Personal care, hygiene, and opened cosmetics.
• Digital goods, software licenses, or digital vouchers.

9. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please reach out to us:
